Over 20 years ago, I was drawn to the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.

These ancient teachings passed down over thousands of years, provide instructions for how to achieve good health in body and mind.

Basic self-care routines are critical, and provide touchstones especially in times of change.

Yoga and Ayurveda practices can be integrated into busy lives. As a parent and oncology nurse practitioner, I rely on these practices and make adjustments as needed to maintain balance.

When you feel you are in balance, you are aligned with your true nature.

 

It brings me great joy to share the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda with you!
